The Vietnam
Medical Project was established in March of 1999 to help support the
efforts of the Da Nang Orthopaedic and Rehabilitation Center,
and to assist visiting physicians and surgeons from the United States in
performing their mission of hope.
The Center
provides free health care to the children and young adults of Da Nang and
surrounding villages. It is only for lack of adequate and proper
equipment, supplies, and facilities that many patients must be turned away
from care.
